Ryan serves as a General Partner for Gro Fund’s I and II, bringing extensive expertise in real estate, finance, and executive leadership. As the CFO of Magnum Electric, a full-service electrical contractor, Ryan oversees financial strategy, operational planning, and risk management for a company employing 400+ personnel, licensed in 32 states, and supporting new construction, commercial, industrial, multifamily, and hospitality projects nationwide.
With a robust background in real estate and construction, he has managed two publicly regulated real estate funds with a combined market capitalization exceeding $1 billion, demonstrating a proven track record in underwriting and executing complex, large-scale real estate transactions.
A Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and licensed real estate salesperson, Ryan provides strategic insights into capital allocation, risk management, and portfolio optimization for Gro Real Estate Fund III, LP.
His deep financial acumen and industry experience enhance the Fund’s governance and investor alignment. Ryan holds a degree from North Dakota State University and is actively engaged in the Fargo-Moorhead business community.
